Here at NZ Health Store we understand that time is important. That’s why we dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We stock our most popular items so we send those out first, quickly followed by the items we’ve had to order in for you. Generally you can expect to receive your complete order within 4-5 working days. Sometimes there may be a longer delay on items that are temporarily out of stock with our suppliers.
New Zealand / Aotearoa
All our members receive free delivery within New Zealand on orders over $100 total. For orders under this amount delivery costs only $5.00.
We understand that not everyone lives in a residential area. That’s why we use CourierPost for all National Deliveries. They provide an excellent service with New Zealand’s most extensive delivery network and largest nationwide fleet. PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not an issue. If delivery is to a business please remember to include the business name in your delivery address. We are also trialling a courier company called sweetspot who use several courier vans.
We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when your order arrives the driver will usually leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it’s safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call instead.
All CourierPost orders are sent with the latest in Track & Trace technology and electronic proof of delivery to give you visibility of your item’s progress, available to view on their website 24/7. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand.
We use New Zealand Post Shop for all international deliveries. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange international delivery as rates vary depending on destination. Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it has left New Zealand.
