If you are not satisfied with your order we can offer a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original undamaged packaging. It is your responsibility to make sure the parcel is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend postage with insurance.
Please enclose your invoice, name, address and reason for the return or exchange.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the goods. If the error was ours for sending the wrong goods we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
Replacement time may be dependent on the relevant manufacturer's current availability. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.
