NOTE: Our apologies but siince the 'covid era' we have been asked to pay surcharges for various postal services.  When this arises we may contact you to advise of an extra charge.  It is then your choice whether you wish to proceed or not.

Here at NZ Health Store we understand that time is important. That's why we dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We stock our most popular items so we send those out first, quickly followed by the items we've had to order in for you. Generally you can expect to receive your complete order within 4-5 working days. Sometimes there may be a longer delay on items that are temporarily out of stock with our suppliers.

New Zealand / Aotearoa

Free delivery within New Zealand on orders over $69 total. However for orders under this amount delivery costs are $5.95. Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island have $12.50 delivery charge for all orders (covid surcharge can apply, we will advise this after you place your order). Rural Delivery addresses have an $8.50 charge for all deliveries. If your order is very heavy or bulky, you may be charged for the extra weight / volume. We will contact you directly with these extra shipping costs. 

We are currently using gosweetspot to organise our courier selection which allows us the freedom of selecting the best option for each parcel that goes out, these include NZ Post and Courier Post. Gosweetspot use a freight management software that they developed and secured strong relationships with carefully selected domestic & international courier and freight providers.

We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when your order arrives the driver will usually leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it's safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call instead.

We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.


We use New Zealand Post Shop for all international deliveries. Please email us at to arrange international delivery as rates vary depending on destination. Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it has left New Zealand. Although we will endeavour to assist you where we can. You will be responsible for any import duties and regulations that may apply to the importation of your package.
