Beautiful stock (reduced salt).  Contains no preservative, colouring, artificial flavours or GM material. Lightly sprinkle on a teaspoon or more to taste. The perfect 'cook's companion, it's an essential ingredient for your pantry.

Use it:
As an instant caffeine-free hot drink: One teaspoon in a cup of hot water – only 10 calories per cup.
As a flavour-enhancing vegetable-based soup stock: Two slightly rounded teaspoons per pint - 3.5 tsp per litre.
As a seasoning: the perfect seasoning for stews, casseroles, sauces, savoury dishes, salad dressings, noodles, rice and grain dishes.

Sea salt, yeast extract, palm oil, vegetables 8% (onions, carrots, leeks), spices (tumeric, parsley).
