Uses

• Immune System
  During winter months take one hot bath a week with one cup of Epsom salts and 8 drops of Thyme Thymol (organic) oil. This supports optimal natural function of the immune system to ward off winter ailments.
• Winter Ailments
  When cold and flu bugs threaten to stop your flow, a steam inhalation with Thyme Thymol (organic) will support normal respiratory functions and help to shift congestion. Add 3 drops Thyme and 1 drop Peppermint (organic) to steam bath, three times a day. Or 8 drops mixed into evening bath.
• Purified Environment
  Diffuse 8 drops of Thyme oil when cold or flu is present. This helps to cleanse and purify the air and inhibit the spread of airborne sickness. Add an additional 10 drops of eucalyptus to enhance the scent and assist the oil's effectiveness.
