This formulation is designed to support natural processes, helping to clear congestion and promote effective mucus expulsion. Benefit from its deep penetrating and healing properties, including antiseptic, expectorant, and antispasmodic effects. Simply use in the bath, with a diffuser, by inhalation, or diluted for a chest rub (see directions).

    Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required. Bath: 10 drops mixed into water. Chest Rub: 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of carrier oil. Inhalation: 3-5 drops into bowl of hot water, cover with paper bag, cut off corner space for your mouth and nose, breathe deeply.
