No sign of the promised replacement

I was promised a replacement for moisture affected item supplied.Very pleasant person, highly relational, but no sign of the replacement product.

The replacement capsules took 2 weeks to be delivered which is much longer than our standard 4 day delivery average across NZ, so we are not proud of that, but we did get Edna her new capsules wihtout any further fuss.
